This is an open edition print of a beautiful 'Redwing' with berries, from an original coloured pencil drawing (created October 2018). This is a piece which is part of my 'Birds & Berries' collection.
 
My wildlife art is inspired from the beautiful english countryside that I am surrounded by every single day. Redwings are part of the thrush family and are mainly a winter visiting bird to Britain. "They roam across the UK's countryside, feeding in fields and hedgerows, rarely visiting gardens, except in the coldest weather when snow covers the fields." I was inspired to draw this beautiful bird after having an abundance of redwings visit my garden after a large snowfall in the winter.

Giclee Prints are beautifully printed on finely textured luxury Somerset Enhanced Velvet Acid-Free Cotton Paper using Archival Museum Quality Inks, guaranteed to withstand fading for at least 100 years.
